Rooms
Downs View has seven individually designed rooms, all with modern ensuite facilities. Each room has a TV/DVD, hairdryer, and tea & coffee making facilities. Internet access available in all rooms via a "Home Plug", available (free of charge)on request.
All beds have 100% cotton sheets and pillow cases, and complimentary Gilchrist & Soames toiletries are provided in all bathrooms.
ROOM RATE B&B PER NIGHT
£75 double / twin occupancy (Four Poster £80)
(Xmas / New Year £90 - minimum 2 nights)
£15 for 3rd person in room
£50 single occupancy of twin room
(Xmas / New Year £60 - minimum 2 nights)
£5 for use of travel cot
£25 deposit per room required, with balance payable prior to departure.
We accept credit / debit cards, or cash (sorry - no American Express).
Cheques (payable to Downs View) for deposits or full payment on advance bookings only.
GROUND FLOOR
The Mauve Room has a King size bed and large walk-in shower room.
The White Room is suitable for a wheelchair user. This room has a Superking sized bed and an extra large, level access, shower room. There are 2 sinks, one at wheelchair height.
FIRST FLOOR

The Yellow, Green & Pink Rooms each have a Superking sized bed and large walk-in shower room. The pink room also now has a full size day bed.
ALL SUPERKING SIZED BEDS CAN BE CONVERTED TO TWIN BEDS IF REQUIRED - SEE PHOTOS OF GREEN & WHITE ROOMS FOR EXAMPLES.
The Blue Room has a Superking sized bed and large bathroom.

The Lilac Room has a King sized Four Poster bed and large bathroom.
It also has a full size day bed.
Breakfast (7.30am - 9.30am Monday - Saturday. 8.30 - 10.00 Sunday. Other times by prior arrangement.) will be served in the Dining Room, overlooking the garden. Seating is also available on the patio area outside. Free internet access and a selection of games are available for guests use in the Dining Room.
Packed lunches (£5 each) are also available - see Breakfast Menu for details.
We operate a strict no smoking policy within the house. A covered area is available outside for those guests who wish to use it.
